How We Got Here

We’re Mindshift Labs Sdn Bhd, and we started because we noticed a real problem. Companies in Malaysia had talented people stuck in rigid thinking patterns. They weren’t solving problems creatively — they were just doing what they’d always done. So in 2019, we decided to change that.

Our founder worked in corporate innovation for over a decade. She’d seen organizations spend thousands on consultants while their teams remained creatively paralyzed. We didn’t want to be another consulting firm throwing frameworks at people. We wanted to actually teach them how to think differently.
